Return & Exchange Terms
1. Travel Voucher Exchanges
Travel vouchers issued by Sara Holidays can be exchanged for alternative holiday packages or future travel dates within 12 calendar months from the issue date, subject to price difference adjustments.
2. Unused Services & Excursions
If any pre-booked tour, transfer, or hotel stay is unused due to traveler choice or voluntary schedule changes during the trip, no monetary return or exchange will be applicable for those specific components.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Visa application fees, embassy submission charges, non-refundable flight tickets, and non-flexible hotel rates cannot be returned or exchanged once processed with government or third-party authorities.
